Princeton, New Jersey, January 16th, 2018 – Zycus™ today announced that its Contract Lifecycle Management solution, Zycus iContract, will comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when it is enforced on May 25th, 2018.
Arthur Raguette, EVP at Zycus, said, “We welcome the induction of GDPR across the European Union as a means to enforce stringent security for personal data. Zycus is ready for GDPR and is looking forward to helping our customers comply with it.”
Zycus iContract has developed robust new capabilities to track down contracts with non-GDPR compliant language. Its AI-based clause identification feature will enable customers to find the contracts with missing GDPR-specific clauses. This information, presented via actionable reports and dashboards, will allow customers to easily change the contract language and add relevant clauses, as appropriate.
Zycus iContract also offers a clause library wherein customers will be able to make GDPR-specific clauses mandatory for all contracts of or involving the EU region. Furthermore, Zycus iContract’s customizable templates can be used to further standardize and streamline new contract creation per GDPR guidelines.
