Summary
Change Management is a transformational process, helping organizations transition to a new level of operational quality and efficiency, driving growth and development. The focus of organizational change management teams should be on what matters the most — ensuring that people are willing and able to change with change levers like technology and processes.
More than two-thirds of large companies are either implementing or have implemented a formal contract management process. Also, more than half of those have implemented tools and techniques to help them in successful change management.
Listen to Arthur Raguette, EVP Zycus, Paul Branch, COO, WCC, and Marjorie Jorgensen, Program Manager, CLM & Compliance at Cushman & Wakefield for a session focused on effective management practices and communication initiatives required before, during, and after AI implementations for continued major organizational success.
We will take a look at the relative complexities of contract lifecycle from a People, Process, and Platform perspective from a veteran leader in Contract Management — including the impact of Artificial Intelligence. You will be able to understand the concept first hand — from experienced practitioners as to how the digital transformation of the contracting process can go smoothly.
